RSF Partners - Overview

RSF Partners III, L.P. and its affiliates (RSF) are a family of discretionary, real estate private equity funds that are managed on behalf of high net worth individuals and family offices. RSF is an affiliate of EFO Holdings, L.P., an investment company with over $.5 billion in assets covering a broad range of investment interests in a variety of asset classes including real estate, private equity, and public securities www.efoholdings.com.

RSF's objective is to provide capital to operating partners throughout North America with a demonstrated track record in real estate related investments. RSF was formed in 1997 and has over $280 million of assets under management in three separate real estate funds.

The RSF team is comprised of investment management professionals from top-tier real estate private equity firms and has over 70 years of relevant experience structuring complex real estate and capital markets transactions.

The size of each individual investment varies depending on the opportunity and market conditions, but RSF generally seeks control investments requiring a minimum of $3-15 million in equity capital.  In certain instances, RSF will make smaller investments in transactions that provide opportunities in new markets, enable add-on acquisitions or strengthen the relationship with an existing operating partner.

Based on the transaction type and operating partner requirements, RSF has the flexibility to invest in a variety of structures including direct equity, preferred equity, debt (senior or mezzanine) and public securities.
