William Barns

Vice President

William Barns joined RSF in 2019 and currently oversees investment origination efforts within RSF’s senior living team. He is a member of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) Rising Leaders program. Prior to joining RSF, Mr. Barns worked in the Investment Banking division of Stephens Inc. as a member of the Restructuring & Special Situations Group. Mr. Barns received a BS in Mathematics and a BS in Engineering from Southern Methodist University, where he was a three-year letterman on the Mustang football team. Mr. Barns also received an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business, with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance Honors.
