Charlie Wensinger

Charlie Wensinger joined RSF in 2018 and is responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and asset management within the firm's commercial real estate and senior living portfolios. Mr. Wensinger plays a key role in deal execution across the firm's domestic and international investments, including financial analysis, deal structuring, and capital markets activity. He also leads due diligence and market analysis efforts in support of new acquisitions and contributes to the firm's investor reporting process. Prior to joining RSF, Mr. Wensinger worked at Deloitte & Touche and Hunt Consolidated. Mr. Wensinger received a BBA from Texas Christian University.
