Eastern US Senior Living Investment Program

In 2021, RSF launched the $120mm Program X, its 10th exclusive investment program with an eastern-US based, vertically integrated senior living company. RSF and this sponsor have partnered to develop and acquire over 100 communities over the last 20+ years. The programs seek to advance the sponsors goal of creating a family owned vertically integrated senior living company in regional clusters throughout the eastern US. The current program expects to acquire or develop six to ten communities over four years.
