Mr. Koeijmans is responsible for the underwriting, structuring and execution of new investment activities, as well as asset management for RSF.
As a licensed attorney, he is also responsible for the legal oversight of the Fund. Prior to joining RSF, Mr. Koeijmans was Vice President and General Counsel of American Industrial Properties REIT (NYSE: IND). While at AIP, he oversaw the legal structuring and execution of the sale of all of the Trust's assets to Developers Diversified Realty (NYSE: DDR) and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. Prior to American Industrial Properties, Mr. Koeijmans was with the Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs Company. Additionally, Mr. Koeijmans serves as a Board Member of Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children).
Mr. Koeijmans received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and his JD from University of Tulsa. He is a member of the State Bar of Oklahoma.
